📸 2025 Youth Photography Mentorship – Applications Now Open!
We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Photography Mentorship Program at Perspectives Photo School!
This unique, 12-week experience is designed for high school and post high school students who are ready to take their photography to the next level.
Throughout the program, students will:
- Join group field trips to inspiring Bay Area locations
- Attend hands-on classes at our Oakland studio
- Work one-on-one with our instructors to refine their technical and creative skills
- Build a portfolio they can be proud of
- Create their own fine art photography book to showcase at our year-end exhibition
The mentorship blends creativity, technical mastery, and real-world photography experiences. Students will have the opportunity to develop their own style, connect with peers who share their passion, and gain the confidence to tell stories through their images.
If your student has been showing a love for photography—whether they’re using a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or even a film camera —this is the perfect opportunity for them to dive deeper, learn from working photographers, and bring their vision to life.
Applications close Saturday, August 17th.
