Porch caulking and repainting
It is time to have our porch stairs and front walkway repainted on our house. There are a few small cracks that could use caulking as well.

I’ve recommended him elsewhere but will again here — our handyman Selvin B is amazing! He repaired, recaulked and sealed our concrete stairs (and then painted) and all water intrusion has stopped.
