affordable hair colorist for bleach + pigment
My teen is very interested in having this service. She has to use her own money to pay for it and has limited resources. I encouraged her to find a "hair model" opportunity. But when we looked together we couldn't find anything. Can anyone recommend an affordable and trustworthy stylist for this service? I know and respect the costs involved for an ordinary stylist so hoping perhaps a student in a reputable salon might work.

I was searching for something similar and came across the Laney College's Cosmetology program which has their own training salon: The Town Salon at Laney College. I haven't tried them yet but it may be worth looking into or similar cosmetology schools. Not sure when they open again but maybe when fall semester starts.
