John Muir Elementary - TK?
Hi, we can't find any information on TK at John Muir. Is there TK at John Muir? and Emerson?
Do all Berkeley elementary schools have TK now? or are expected to have in the near future?
Would love suggestions for where to find up to date information on TK in Berkeley.

Yes, I believe there is now TK in all Berkeley elementary schools.
I know that John Muir will have 2 TK classes this upcoming school year and Emerson will have one. Tour season will start in December this year and is probably the best way to get detailed information about individual schools and their TK program. In Jan / Feb, there are also usually TK and K info sessions for each school.

Oxford does not have TK and will not have TK for the foreseeable future, but that may change. John Muir, Rosa Parks, Thousand Oaks, BAM, Cragmont, Washington, Ruth Acty all for sure have TK but I don't know about Sylvia Mendez, Emerson, or Malcolm X.
Yes, both John Muir and Emerson have TKs. I believe all BUSD schools except Oxford has a TK at this point. I don't know where to find the most updated info, but I've gotten questions answered when I have called the district office. Good luck!
