Hi everyone,
I’m Angela, a doctoral student in business at Boston College, currently working on my dissertation about the work relationships between in-home caregivers and the families who employ them. These roles often blur the line between personal and professional, and I’m interested in how both caregivers and employers navigate that complexity.

I’m conducting confidential, one-time interviews (lasting 30–60 minutes via Zoom) to learn how families navigate hiring and managing in-home care, and how these arrangements impact their daily lives and careers. I’m interested in speaking with both employers and in-home caregivers to better understand how these relationships work (or don’t) from both sides.

The insights from this study will be used in academic publications aimed at enhancing our understanding of how in-home care enables families, particularly working parents and professionals, to pursue their careers.

If you're open to sharing your story or would like more information, feel free to message me here or reach out directly.
