Looking for updated suggestions for Volvo mechanics. The archived ones are from 2011 and earlier. Prefer to avoid dealerships, and the closer San Leandro/Hayward/Castro Valley the better (but open to Berkeley and Oakland too). Thanks!

We took our old Volvo XC90 to Ackermans in Berkeley and were happy with them. Our newer XC90 is a plug in hybrid and they don't work on them, so we no longer go there.
Hello, I had a 1988 Volvo for many, many years and we were very happy with Model Garage on Shattuck in South Berkeley. Great shop, it’s been around for years. They continue to work on our Toyota Prius. Take care
