Dermatologist to remove subcutaneous cysts?

I periodically get bumps on my head, aka subcutaneous sebaceous cysts if you're being fancy. They're benign, but annoying. I used to go to a dermatologist who removed them and put in a couple stitches with no fuss and relatively economically, but she retired. My current health plan considers it an out-patient surgery and wants $500 per cyst for removal, which is not in my budget. Has anyone used a local dermatologist for treatment of this issue whom you'd recommend? Could you share ballpark cost? Thanks!
