College graduate offering tutoring & advising

Hello all,

I am advertising my services as an affordable one-on-one tutor for k-8 students and adviser for 9-12th grade students. I am a Berkeley High alum, currently finishing up bachelor’s degree at UC Santa Barbara as a Biology major with a minor in Professional Writing. My interdisciplinary education with has prepared me with excellent writing, math, and science skills to help tutor elementary and middle school students.

While I am NOT an official business owner, I am an excellent advisor to high school students. I've spent the past 2 years working as a Peer Advisor @ UCSB, and have learned a ton about the college admissions process by working with prospective students & their families. My favorite part about this job is talking with high school students and answering their questions about college admissions. I would love to connect with your students to make the college application process easy, accessible, and affordable. Services include (but are not limited to): getting involved in extracurriculars in high school, finding programs to apply to, brainstorming & identifying college essay topics, writing & editing essays, applying for financial aid, tracking application deadlines, and many more. High schoolers of all 4 years can benefit from advising, and I am happy to work with students of all ages.

Sessions would be virtual until June 17th when I return to the Bay Area.
