Looking for Child Therapist in WestCoCo County
Looking for a child therapist who specializes in OCD, emotional regulation and anxiety. Prefer someone who utilizes play therapy and/or mindfulness in their practice.
We would ideally like to find someone who is in the El Cerrito up to Hercules areas.

Check with the International OCD Foundation for therapists trained in best practices for OCD. Play therapy is not a recommended treatment.
My child recently completed treatment for OCD with Melinda White, located on Solano Avenue in north Berkeley. (510) 526-8208. She used exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy with a small mindfulness component. It worked.
