Our Open Wilderness Literacy & Science (OWLS) Forest Micro School currently has some openings this Spring & we are opening enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year!
Come visit us at Camp Herms: enjoy a family friendly hike, chat with our OWLS community and make new friends!
Register to join us for a Spring Open House at Camp Herms 1100 James Place El Cerrito, CA 94530. We will meet in the parking lot at 3:30, go on a family friendly hike, then have time for some Q&A before we end at 5pm.
Current Spring Term Enrollment:
- Tuesdays: 5 students: one 6 year old, one 7 year old, one 9 year old and two 10 year olds.
- Wednesdays: 5 students: one 7 year old, one 8 year old, one 9 year old and two 10 year olds.
- Thursdays: 5 students: one 6 year old, one 7 year olds, one 9 year old and two 10 year olds.
*Teacher/Grown Up to Student Ratio is 1:8.
*Vaccinations are required.
*We accept school funds from Hickman, Connecting Waters Charter Schools, and evouchers from Visions.
*Drop off at 9am or 11am, Pick Up at 1pm or 3:15pm. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays.
