Wondering why your teen can’t fall asleep—or wake up? Dr. Lethco breaks down the science of adolescent sleep, common barriers (including for neurodivergent teens), and what parents can do to help. Find out when sleep issues signal something more and leave with practical tips to make nights—and mornings—easier for your family.
Dr. Mickell Lethco is a neuropsychologist and licensed clinical psychologist specializing in assessment and evidence-based therapies for youth and families. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) through Stanford and supports individuals facing sleep challenges, anxiety, executive dysfunction, difficulty making and keeping friends, and more. Dr. Lethco has a special focus on neurodivergence and leveraging strengths to optimize and improve life.
