Way To Glow Kids Yoga: yoga classes for kids and families

Come join us for some playful yoga classes this spring!  Yoga can help your kids reduce stress, strengthen and stretch their bodies, improve concentration, connect with peers, support their immune systems,  and incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines. Current schedule:

  • Preschool/K yoga: Mondays 3:15-4:00 
  • K-2nd yoga: Mondays 4:15-5:15 OR Tuesdays 3:30-4:30
  • 3rd-5th yoga & crafting: Tuesdays 4:45-6:15 
  • 6th-8th yoga & crafting: Thursdays 4:45-6:15 
  • Parent/toddler yoga (kids aged 2 to 3) Fridays 10:00-10:45
  • Family yoga (kids aged 2 to 5): Sundays 10:00-10:45
  • Family yoga (kids aged 6 to 12): Sundays 11:00-11:45

At Way to Glow Kids Yoga, we playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, cooperative games, and relaxation techniques. We work together to build strong bodies, open minds, peaceful hearts, and compassionate kids! If you don't see a class that works for you, please reach out so that I can try to accommodate you.
