Surf Circle: Therapeutic Surfing Program for Teens

Openings in our therapeutic surfing program! - New Group for Teen Girls

Surf Circle is a therapeutic space for teens to connect and grow through learning to surf. No prior experience of surfing is required. Run by a team of surfer-psychologists, we offer an adjunct or alternative to traditional one-on-one psychotherapy. Through harnessing the power of the ocean and providing healing within a community of peers, we support growth, connection, and confidence. Many of our teens suffer from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and psychological trauma. 

We serve teens age 14-18 and have a new group geared toward adolescent girls, one that supports neurotypical boys and another for neurodivergent boys. We welcome teens across the gender spectrum to find their place with us..
