Solecitos Preschool: A home base Spanish preschool and daycare

Solecitos preschool is a home base Spanish Immersion program where your child can grow, play and get ready for kindergarten, everything a center can offer in a smaller groups for a more individualized learning experience.

 About Solecitos:
We offer a warm and nurturing environment where children from 6 months to 5 years old thrive socially, emotionally, and developmentally—all while learning Spanish naturally, through everyday interaction. Our program shines especially at 14+ months, but even our littlest learners are lovingly supported.

We’re trained, experienced, and CPR certified—and we’re committed to creating a space where all families are seen, celebrated, and respected.

About the Head Teacher, Yalin Miller:
Yalin was born and raised in San Salvador, El Salvador. She holds a BA in Education in English as a Second Language from Universidad de El Salvador, a Site Director certificate in Early Childhood Development from the California Department of Education, and is CPR and preventative health certified. Yalin has over 10 years of teaching experience in El Salvador and 9 years in California child care centers—including 5 as a director.

She believes that children learn best through play and meaningful exploration, and she brings warmth, patience, and creativity to everything she does.
