Precious Treasures: Night Nanny Available

Dear Parents, 

I am a night nanny with 35 years of experience.  I have cared for singles, twins (most with colic and GERD), and triples.  I have also care for multiple children with a variety of special needs.  My focus has always been children 0-5 years of age.  I use Montessori (early learning), Magda Gerber (respect), and Attachment Parenting (oodles of cuddles) to care for all children.  Over the years, I have accumulated numerous pictures and recommendation letters from families, former teachers, the US military, and the FBI that I enjoy sharing and expanding with each family. 

My qualifications include…

• Professional child care provider since 1990.  
• Bachelors’ degree in Psychology from Golden Gate University (Magna Cum Laude).
• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units from the California NannyCollege (accredited by the National Association of Trade and Technical Schools), certifying me as a Governess, Nanny, and Teacher's Assistant.
• Infant, Child, and Adult CPR and AED (valid two years), California Childcare First Aid (valid two years), and California Childcare Preventative Health and Safety (no expiration).
• TB tested and cleared
• Department of Justice checked and cleared.
• Continually attending various seminars and trade-related classes to update all renewable certifications as well as to learn new techniques and keep up-to-date in this field.

I am located in Richmond, so am mainly looking to work with families along the 80, but may consider other locations depending on the schedule and days needed.
