About Me
My name is Miguel and I am currently a math and science teacher at a private school in Albany. I have been working at this private school for 12 years and have 19 years of experience tutoring at community colleges, UC Berkeley Academic Service Centers, I also supervised math tutors at UC Berkeley Academic Service Centers, briefly worked at Mathnasium of Piedmont, and worked for the nonprofit organization Making Waves Education Program in Richmond CA. I have been teaching and tutoring online since 2019. I also speak fluent Spanish.

Services
I can provide support with homework, online homework, studying for a test, understanding a difficult concept, help with projects, moving ahead and catching up with school content, and prepare for AP tests.

Tutoring Locations
I am available for In-Person and online tutoring sessions via zoom.

Rates
My rate is $150/hour for in-person tutoring and my rate is $100/hour for online tutoring via Zoom. You will need a good internet connection, working microphone, and working speakers at the minimum. We will be using an interactive online whiteboard during our online session. Discounts available for setting up a weekly recurring session.

Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason as long as you provide me with at least 1-hour notice before your scheduled session. If notice was not given a cancellation fee will be assessed.
