Kumon El Cerrito: Get ahead with Math and Reading this summer

Your child has an opportunity this summer to get ahead in Math, Reading, or both. 

Kumon's proven curriculum and method support each student's self-reliance and a growing sense of confidence. Unlike most schools, we are able to adapt our curriculum to meet each student's needs and abilities. Your child will never be ahead or behind at Kumon. 

The Kumon journey begins with a free placement test and parent orientation. I will guide you and your children through what's needed to succeed at Kumon, and how to use this experience to reach your own academic goals. My older son needed help in Math, and in one year at Kumon surpassed his grade level and began working at a center to help other students. Many of my current students have mastered Math or Reading knowledge and skills years ahead of their schoolmates. 

During the summer, your child may have additional time available to develop strong study habits that will help them once the school year begins. The flexibility of our program allows students to pace themselves differently as their other commitments allow. We work with each family to find a balance between Kumon work, sports, family commitments, schoolwork, free time, and other needs. The typical daily time commitment is 20-30 minutes per subject.
