East Bay Art Therapy: Middle School & High School Art Therapy Groups!
MIDDLE SCHOOL ART THERAPY GROUP
It is not too late to enroll in the Summer season group!
The Middle School Art Therapy Group is for individuals ages 11-14 currently in middle school. This group is for girls, genderqueer, non-binary, and trans youth. This art therapy group integrates therapeutic art making, journaling and talk therapy and focuses on emotion expression, coping skills, self esteem, social relationships, body image, identity, neurodivergence, gender & sexuality, transitions, and managing stress and symptoms such as anxiety and depression. (If your teen is already in High School, we have a Teen Art Therapy Group for ages 14-18!)

HIGH SCHOOL TEEN ART THERAPY GROUP
Summer Series is FULL. Now collecting interest for FALL.
The Teen Art Therapy Group is for teens ages 14-18. This group is for girls, genderqueer, non-binary, and trans teens. This art therapy group integrates therapeutic art making, journaling and talk therapy and focuses on emotion expression, coping skills, self esteem, social relationships, body image, identity, neurodivergence, gender & sexuality, transitions, and managing stress and symptoms such as anxiety and depression.

$800 for 10-week groups ($80 / 90 min group) (Split up into 2 payments of $400)

Both of these groups are in-person at the East Bay Art Therapy office in Oakland, CA.
These groups take place 4 times per year, one for each season.
