New Baby? Did you know-

Around two-thirds of parents experience a significant decrease in relationship satisfaction with their co-parent or partner in the first three years following the birth of a child? It’s no secret that becoming a parent puts a strain on our time, resources, and relationships, all the while leading to profound changes in our identity and sense of self.

Our 6-week, research-based, therapist-facilitated Bringing Baby Home workshop can help you maintain a loving and resilient partnership while navigating the early years!

This workshop teaches you:

  • What to expect during the transition to parenthood
  • Strategies to co-parent with your partner
  • Ways to improve communication
  • Skills for strengthening your friendship, intimacy, and conflict regulation
  • Skills for supporting infant development and postpartum mental health

Two schedule options to choose from:

  • Online on Fridays 11am-1pm
  • In-Person on Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am at our Solano Ave center in Albany

Cost:

$250 per couple/ co-parenting duo

  • Fewer incidences of depression and anxiety in both parents
  • Greater sensitivity and responsiveness to their infant’s signals
  • More smiling and laughter during family play at 3-months and 12-months old!

*Note: This course is best suited for partners who are considering parenthood, expecting or adopting a baby, or have a child under 3 years old.
