It’s no secret that becoming a parent puts a strain on our time, resources, and relationships, all the while leading to profound changes in our identity and sense of self.
Our 6-week, research-based, therapist-facilitated Bringing Baby Home workshop can help you maintain a loving and resilient partnership while navigating the early years!
This workshop teaches you:
- What to expect during the transition to parenthood
- Strategies to co-parent with your partner
- Ways to improve communication
- Skills for strengthening your friendship, intimacy, and conflict regulation

Two schedule options to choose from:
- Online on Fridays 11am-1pm

In-Person on Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am at our Solano Ave center in Albany
