Berkwood Hedge School: Rolling Admission for Fall Enrollment is Underway
Just a short walk from Downtown Berkeley BART, Berkwood Hedge School, now in its 80th year, is an award-winning progressive independent school serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade in the heart of Berkeley.
Our Rolling Admission season is now underway and we are accepting applications throughout summer for September admission. Berkwood Hedge School excites, inspires, and engages students with an innovative and relevant program featuring an interdisciplinary curriculum, differentiated structured literacy, applied mathematics (now offering Algebra 1 in our middle school), woodworking, engineering, K-8 Latin language instruction, outdoor education, and a robust fine and performing arts program. Built upon our 80 years strong foundation, we cultivate the leaders our world needs now and in the future.
