Bayo Vista Physical Therapy: Demystifying the Pelvic Floor Workshop (5/16/24 at 6pm)

Pelvic floor. Core. Kegels.

These buzz words are casually tossed around without a foundational understanding of why they are important and how they are unique to each person. Please join us for a talk to identify and understand what these words actually mean. We will also learn how to assess these in our own bodies, while taking into consideration the prenatal and postpartum periods. If you're: 

• leaking or having trouble fully emptying
• struggling with hemorrhoids or constipation
• having painful sex or reduced orgasm
• have had or are trying to have kids
• just interested in understanding your body more

All are welcome! 

Our goal is that from our decade of clinical experience, you will leave with practical tools to empower whatever phase of life you are in. We hope to see you there!
