HVAC Maintenance
My furnace and AC need to have routine maintenance. The company that installed my AC and air filtration system 2 years ago is not returning calls (and I just realized they charged me $199 for a filter available online for less than $70). If you have a recommendation, it would be much appreciated.

We like atlas out of Oakland (we are in el Sobrante). They installed our ac and service our ac and heater. $100 of the service charge gets applied to any necessary repairs.
We use Atlas. They come every year and change our filter and take care of any problems. Very reliable and trustworthy.
I have used and can recommend both Atlas and Apple Heating and Air Conditioning Companies. The former has employees and might be able to offer service sooner while the latter is owned and operated by Bobby. You might have to wait a little longer for him but his charges are usually less.
