Contractor for 203K Construction Loan
We are buying a real fixer with a 203K construction loan and need to find a great contractor to do the work. Has anyone had experience with a 203K construction project and/or a contractor they would recommend? Our realtor recommended Sal Rodriguez of Construction Concierge. Any others or thoughts? Thanks for your advice!

Don't have any recommendations, but please please do not hand over large sums of money to anyone. So many people trust their contractor and hand over huge amounts of cash and then the contractor flakes. Good luck.
Hi! You can try giving Jose Maravilla a call (510) 381-0399. He’s done a number or renovations for me and a few friends. Never had any issues. He’s proven reliable, knowledgeable and takes real pride in his work.
