ISO French tutor for a 10 year old beginner

We are seeking a fun, warm, creative, and engaging French tutor for our 4th grader. Our child had a fantastic tutor, but the tutor moved to France. It has been about 6 months since our child's last French exposure, and we'd like to resume, if we can find the right person. The goal is to have fun while learning a new language. Open to hybrid/remote sessions with the right tutor. If the tutor has experience supporting other subject matters or enrichment topics (reading, writing, math, music, dance, swim, etc.), we'd be interested to learn more. We're looking for once a week sessions after school. We're close to Rockridge/Piedmont/Lakeshore/Grand Lake area in Oakland.

Thank you!

I highly recommend Anil Fermin for French tutoring. He used to teach French at my son's elementary school. Since then, we have used him as a French tutor and my son loves working with him. He's fun and patient.  He also tutors Spanish and Executive Functioning. His email is: anil.fermin [at] gmail.com

We are so lucky to have found Laura Head (via BPN)!  My 11-year old has been taking French with her twice a week for about 9 months now, and she is amazing.  Laura is American but in Paris for two years working on a graduate degree, and I never would have thought language learning via Zoom would work - but her lessons are fun, engaging, creative, and completely tailored to my son's interests and skill level.  She tutors other subjects as well, and my son likes her so much we added math once per week just for fun.
