nutrition/support for 55 yo & weight loss

I'm looking for recommendations for nutritionists/food coaches (certified, etc.) to work with to lose 10-15 pounds. I'm athletic, physically active, on menopause hormone therapy & have an early adult history of disordered eating. Not interested in ideology. Want enthusiasm for physically active midlife & beyond women.

I joined JumpStartMD in February and have been very happy with my experience there. It’s weight loss and nutrition education with the goal to learn how to MAINTAIN weight lose. We all “know” how to gain weight and even lose weight, but maintaining it is about lifestyle of nutrition. I’ve lost 10lbs and have moved into maintenance. Highly recommend

You know, that's a pretty small amount of weight. My situ was like yours except I'm 5 years older and after years of not being able to lose weight, I tried an "Atkins/keto" approach and lost 20 lbs in about 3 months. I could easily have lost it faster, but I keep breaking it to have a fun dinner with friends, etc, which I actually recommend because it makes the expereince much more pleasant. I have 10 lbs to go but it's been pretty painless and I don't mind that it will take 2-3 more months as I enjoy whatever food I want on vacation, and then pick up more careful eating once I'm home and so on. I mainly just cut out pasta/bread/rice/potatoes, most fruit, and all sugar and way reduced wine. It's been surprisingly painless and easy to keep off. I also drink WAY more water. Totally works, even when you're 60 and very petite, like me.
