Does anyone have experience working with educational consultant Mercedes Carbone? She was in the WC/Lamorinda area but has moved to CO. She still takes clients from out of state. Thanks.

She gave us good advice and then disappeared, stopped responding, would not provide an invoice. Other parents I know who worked with her report the same problem.
