Online and In-person Tutor Available

Hi everyone!

My name is Caitlyn Bernou and I am a third year Computer Science Major at Sonoma State University. I am offering online tutoring services via Skype (or Zoom if that works better for you) for 3rd through 8th graders in Math, 3rd through 12th graders in English, and 5th through 12th graders in programming. I am also available for limited in-person tutoring services and support for online learning, as long as you reside in either Berkeley or Lafayette. I have always been very fond of school, and learning in general.  I love any excuse to write an argumentative essay, and I have been told by family and friends that I’ve tutored that I am skilled at explaining subjects so that they become easily understood. Last summer, I was employed by Lindamood-Bell as a clinician (tutor), teaching reading and writing skills to children with learning disabilities, which was an amazing experience for me. 

I am currently enrolled full time in classes. However, because of the pandemic, all of my classes have moved online and I am free every morning of the week.
