I am a retired science teacher based in Oakland with more than 20 years experience teaching high school science. I am offering tutoring in chemistry, physics, middle school science and study skills. I can also guide your young person or group through home chemistry and science experiments and analysis. I have a special passion for helping struggling students find a study method in science that works for them. I work remotely and can work in person in the East Bay. I have some availability on weekends and some week evenings. Fees are $160/hour online and $170/hour in person. Sliding scale available for financial need- just ask.
