Art, Computer Science, Creative Writing lessons
Hello! My name is Colin Hunt and I am an artist, creative technologist, and visual storyteller based out of Oakland. My background is in illustration, fine art, and computer science and I offer focused one-on-one and group lessons to elementary grade, middle school, and highschool students in the greater Bay area.
My approach to instruction is warm and fun but focused and will engage your child in developing their own unique style and technical capability in traditional and/or digital illustration. I tailor lessons for individual or small group instruction to suit all skill levels and abilities, from introducing foundational skills, to honing more advanced drawing techniques. For students interested in computer science, I teach through interactive demonstrations and fun coding projects.
I also run several community drawing and creative writing groups in the Bay and have taught coding for industrial LED art installations through the Box Shop SF. You can visit my LinkedIn profile and creative website to learn more about my background and work.
You may contact me at colinfhunt [at] protonmail.com or 415-715-7766 if you’d like to chat more about how I can help your child cultivate their creative and technical interests.
