I do not provide a one-size-fits-all food plan, but rather work with you to craft one that fits your actual life: your schedule, your food preferences, your family life, your health needs, your activity level, and all your commitments. My gradual habit-change method will work for you, whether you prefer keto, paleo, vegan, or anything in between. I will also help you tackle any problem eating behaviors that make you suffer emotionally and keep you from reaching your goals.
