We match families who need childcare with parents who get paid to take care of kids in their community, while still taking care of their own kids. With Otter, families help other families to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for kids to learn and grow. And parents get care they can rely on.

To establish a trusted network and determine matches, families fill out a survey about their parenting styles, home safety, COVID behaviors, and schedule. Parents will receive a match, can schedule intro calls, and book times after both sides opt-in.
