sports nutritionist for teen athlete

My teen daughter who is a competitive swimmer is struggling. Shes had lots of success but seems to have reached a plateau and is struggling to make progress. She feels tired in practice often and doesn't feel she can do her best. She practices 4-5 times a week and eats relatively healthy, but doesn't eat enough. Shes reached the end of puberty (I think) and I know female swimmers often struggle after puberty. I'm hoping we could get some advice nutrition specifically for teen athletes.
