Speech therapist who will observe at school?

My 9 year old needs a speech therapist to observe him in action. He can do great with articulation and even pragmatics in a one-on-one testing but he is struggling with talking slow enough and expresing himself when he is with other kids. Anyone have a rec for someone in Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley for this type of support? I'm imagining someone observe him at school at least once and then do in person private sessions.
