Seeking good, reasonably priced gardener in El Cerrito Hills

Hi All, my sister just landscaped her front and backyards.  We're looking for a gardener who knows how to prune a Japanese maple, who can address gophers who are now tearing up her new backyard lawn (even when mesh was put in below the sod), and tend to it to make it grow and be happy.  Do you know anyone good who is reliable and who might come every other week?  Thank you!
