Real estate lawyer for off market home purchase and TIC set up
We are exploring an off market home purchase (purchasing directly from seller) with some additional complexities including need for a co ownership agreement and potential splitting of the deed. Would love to hear of any active attorneys who are well versed in these topics and ideally local to Berkeley (or familiar with our local housing laws). I have combed through past recommendations on BPN but most are 5+ years old.
