Practical Career Coach for Tradesmen or Similar

Hello BPN community! I'm looking for a recommendation for a career coach or mentor who is an expert in the trades (building materials, design/build, custom architectural fabrication, construction, etc.). My husband has worked in many aspects of the custom fabrication field but would like to speak to someone about where to take his career next. He strongly prefers to connect with someone with expertise in this industry and is looking for practical, specific coaching/advice, as opposed to self-discovery style coaching.
