Landscaper/Laborer(s) Available?

Hi families, we are looking for some help in our front yard. We have not had luck hiring a contractor to draw plans for the space, so we are going to go at it alone until we get to a point of no return - in which we will bite the bullet and hire a landscape architect.

For the time being, we would like to hire a handyman/laborer who has worked on landscaping in someone else's yard with success to assist with "demo". This will include ripping out invasive plants (mainly ivy), maintaining some trees/removing limbs, and helping us to install some old railroad ties as planter boxes.

We are looking to set some projections around hours, and pay competitively!

We have used an occational gardener who has done some maintenance, sprinkler adjustments and installed a small patio space for our fire pit. His name is Pablo Flores. He speaks fair English but is a hard worker too. I will have to ask if he is interested in more work if you could share what area you are in. He does not want to travel far from the Richmond area.
