Know of other programs similar to Oakland Promise?

I recently learned about Oakland Promise and their Brilliant Baby Program. They offer a few other programs as well

Is anyone aware of similar programs here in the Bay Area? I'm doing a research project and I'm working to compile a list of organizations that support our youth and their parents.
