Keepsake Photography

We are moving from our family home and I want to save the growth chart of my children that is written on the wall (not a door frame or trim board). I want to frame and give the actual-size image (just over 6 feet) to my children as a keepsake. Does anyone know a photographer and printer that can accomplish this?  Has someone done this before and can explain to me how it could be done? Would it need to be separate images pieced together to create this image?  I could cut out the drywall, but it could get damaged and would be messy and would be a large repair.
