Interior designer with specialty in lighting?

I would like to replace most of the light fixtures in our new house and need help. I am looking for someone who is not only talented in design/aesthetics but can help solve issues of poor lighting in some areas (kitchen, bathroom). And I am hoping this person can coordinate with an electrician to install/replace fixtures, including converting recessed cans to pendants and removing wall fixtures and closing up walls. Please let me know if you can recommend someone!
