Career Advisor for adult son with mild learning disabilities

My 22 year old son has mild learning disabilities. He is currently near completion of an AA degree and this is because he has received help and tutoring from me. I had hoped for him to get a bachelor’s degree, but I don’t think it is possible. He has currently been working as a busser for the past 6 months, and they just cut one day from his schedule-they say it’s because business is slow. I’m worried about his future and want to receive the expertise of someone who has the background to tell us what our son could do, career-wise. I don’t want to invest in training, including vocational schooling and have it be not what he can handle. I know his skills are beyond qualifying for regional center. His learning disabilities are not apparent when you talk to him. I’m so worried about his future and just need an expert to guide him in the right direction. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
