Does anyone have the name of a Bright Horizons babysitter(s) and the agency they work for that you could recommend? I recently learned that you can request caregivers for this back-up babysitting service. We've used the service twice so far, but didn't have the best experiences. We'd love to be able to request individuals recommended through parents in the network.
