Advice for schools/resources for an 11 year student whose English is not 100%?

Hi everyone,

I'm considering a move to Berkeley, and one concern I have is that my daughter thus far has only studied in Thai. Her spoken English is good, but her written is passable but not up to grade level.

I'm guessing some school might be better equipped to help students like my daughter. Any thoughts on this?

Has anyone successfully navigated this process? Any advice or other resources to recommend?
