Advice or recs for household assistant
Hi everyone,
We are a dual-career family in central Berkeley in need of help! With a baby on the way, my family is looking for a full-time household manager/personal assistant, targeting compensation in the range of $100-120K with medical benefits. Our current PA soon needs to return to full-time care for her own kid, and so we are in need of help in a hurry. We'd be open to something more short-term for a few months, if we can't find anyone long-term.
I was wondering if anyone has any personal recommendations in their networks or advice on where else to post? We are already extending our search to the typical job sites like indeed, care, upwork. Here's what the job looks like:
M-F, 9-5p, will need own transportation
Hybrid: ~75-80% time can be remote, ~20-25% of time running errands or on-site in our Berkeley home (can be planned in advance)
Responsibilities: managing vendors and staff (cleaner, dog walker, gardener, occasional repairs), paying bills/invoices, ensuring household is stocked via recurring subscription delivery, ad hoc errands, researching and booking travel (~1-2x/month), occasional house projects (spring gardening, closet organization, holiday decorations etc)
Let me know if anyone has any leads or ideas for additional places to advertise. Thank you!
