Monkey Business Camp: Kids Night Out Event
We miss our campers between summer and school breaks, so we have started a monthly Kids Night Out event to keep our community together year-round. We also love to support parents getting some play time together, so our location is near to movies and restaurants! These parties will also be in service to raising funds for our scholarship program, so that our camps can be more inclusive.
We are a locally grown business celebrating our 20th year of classic style unplugged camps, with a mix of planned activities and time for spontaneous play. We’ve also been a certified green business for 10 years.
"Monkey Business provides kids a great combination of structure and free play, with fun instructors and cool activities. My daughter talks about it year-round."
When: Saturdays, March 14 and May 9
Where: Berkwood Hedge School, Downtown Berkeley
Fee: $45/event with discounts for early signups and siblings.Proceeds benefiting the Monkey Business Camp scholarship fund
What will the kids be up to all evening? We offer a warm, friendly community environment, with kids swept up in the joy of playing and making, on their own, and with others. We create the space, you send your kids, and magic happens. We offer art, games, board games, and a dance party with glow sticks and flashlights.
We provide a vegetarian dinner, made with 95% organic ingredients, most of which is Kosher, with dairy free option. Dinner is in the amazing hands of Chef Brad, who always brings so much love and care to his meals. We are a nut and nut butter free camp, to help keep our campers safe.
“What a wonderful, positive, and caring environment you and the staff create at Monkey Business”
