UCSF Aging, Metabolism, and Emotions Center: UCSF Everyday Moments of Mindfulness Study for Mothers
Drs. Stefanie Mayer and Elissa Epel at UCSF's Aging, Metabolism and Emotions Center are conducting a study designed to examine how daily app-based mindfulness and compassion practices may change one's well-being in everyday life. The study lasts for 30 days and is 100% remote, with no in-person visits required. The study consists of doing daily randomized check-in surveys and short meditations. Participants will receive $200 upon completion of the study.
