UC Berkeley Relationships and Social Cognition Lab: Exciting Research Opportunity for Children Ages 5-8!

Researchers & Authors Seeking Parents/Kids
City:
Berkeley
Ages:
Kinder, School-Aged

Hello Parents!

We are part of the UC Berkeley Relationships and Social Cognition Lab, and we have a study investigating children's ability to recognize and understand other people's emotions. We are seeking typically developing children ages 5-8 years old to participate in our study!

Participating in the study is a great way to get your child interested in science and for your family to learn more about emotion development. We would be thrilled to invite you and your child to play with us for 1-1.5 hours! Your contribution to science would be very valuable. You can also make a day out of your visit to campus--check out BAMPFA, the Campanile, Lawrence Hall of Science, and the dinosaur fossil in our life sciences building!

As a token of our appreciation, your child will receive a small toy and you will receive $40 in compensation.

We are located in the new Berkeley Way West building, near downtown Berkeley. If you are interested in participating, you may book an appointment at https://childresearchberkeley.youcanbook.me/ (Please limit to 1 child per family)

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at childresearchberkeley [at] gmail.com if you have any questions! Thank you!
