Three Stone Hearth offers nutrient-dense prepared foods, beverages, snacks, desserts, and carefully curated groceries, herbal & body care products, inspired by the wisdom and practices of traditional cultures around the world. We use almost all organic ingredients, local produce, and grassfed and pasture-raised meats, eggs & dairy, and prepare our foods with time-honored techniques that aid digestibility and enhance nutrient availability.

We offer a new menu every week, which is available online midday Sunday through the following Saturday morning. Order online for pickup and delivery, or come to our store: Wednesday 4-7, Thursday & Friday 12:30-5:30 and Saturday 10-4.

In May, we're transitioning through the tail end of what we like to call "asparagus season," with an eye to the upcoming "summer squash season." Here's a preview just a few of this month's dishes.

Chicken-Vegetable Soup with Asparagus and Chard, with plenty of our slow-cooked chicken bone broth and finished with fresh parsley and rosemary.

Hearty Beef Soup with Seasonal Vegetables, a classic tomato- and broth-based soup with cauliflower, greens and grassfed beef from Marin Sun Farms.

Essential Vegetable Soup with Chicken Broth, if you're looking to get more bone broth in your life, but not necessarily more meat. Fresh veggies and herbs simmered in chicken broth. Add rice, baby potatoes, greens or more veg, or just heat it and eat it.

Dairy-free, vegan creamy Tomato Soup, Broccoli Soup and Caribbean Cream of Greens Soup (Callaloo).

White Bean and Asparagus Soup with Lemon and Fresh Herbs.

Ginger-Turmeric Infused Chicken Broth

Cauli-Colcannon, a cauliflower mash with housemade ghee (from Straus butter) and sauteed kale.

Lentil Veggie Burger Dough with sprouted lentils

Rice-a-Cheesy casserole with sauteed greens.

Baked Polenta with Sauteed Spinach, Broth-based Marinara and Belfiore Mozzarella.

Nourishing, traditionally cultured sauerkrauts and kimchis.

A variety of cultured beverages, including kombuchas, water kefirs, juns and shrubs, beet kvass and turmeric-ginger cabbage tonic.

For snacks & desserts, a weekly assortment of 2-later gelatinas, chocolate pudding and gluten-free cakes, as well as our amazing housemade granola, Paleo Crunch, nut-free Trail Mix and treats like Yes Bars, Oh Naturel cookies, Coracao Chocolates and more.

And of course our deeply nourishing, slow-cooked beef and chicken bone broths.
