Join other moms and babies in an opportunity for support and connection!

SIx week groups meet twice a week:

Once a week for a facilitated discussion, and once a week for an activity or outing

Groups continue to meet on their own after the initial 6 weeks for as long as there is interest and most groups stay together for years!

Groups meet in the Emeryville offices of East Bay Lactation Associates & Loving Arms Childbirth Services

Groups have a choice of meeting inside with mitigations and masking, or outside on the rooftop deck with a choice of masking or not
