Summit Center is offering lower-cost counseling services at our Walnut Creek office with our experienced doctoral trainees Sammy DeVincent, Savannah Miller, and Maddison Stokes.

Our trainees have experience working with children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, and learning challenges. They provide therapy under the close supervision of licensed Summit Center professionals.

Sammy DeVincent, Practicum Trainee, is a third-year doctoral student at the Wright Institute working towards her Psy.D. Sammy previously worked at a community clinic, providing therapy services to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Savannah Miller, Practicum Trainee, is a doctoral student in the University of San Francisco’s PsyD program. Savannah found her way into working with the twice exceptional population as a specialized reading tutor for three years.

Maddison Stokes, Practicum Trainee, is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University. She has previous training in settings around the Bay Area including a middle and high school, a partial hospitalization program, and community outpatient clinics.

Our training program is designed to allow more clients to access high-quality Summit Center services at reduced fees.
